BERSIH and Pakatan Rakyat linked NGO TINDAK is alleged by Tunku Aziz Ibrahim to have trained its followers to cause disruption at polling stations by demanding polling papers at random because our papers are serially numbered and there is no secrecy of voters's identity they allege.I asked SPRM Chairman whether the ballot papers in US, UK, Singapore, Indonesia were also numbered. His reply, "Ya they have serial numbers too and the procedure that EC has adopted is similar.
